The decking and crazy paved surfaces are very popular, but after a period of time the abrasive nature of the surface soon attracts green growth and dirt that ingrains itself into the surface.

With our professional level pressure washing equipment, we can clean and re-furbish these areas back to a wonderful clean surface. We will also re-point any areas that have lost the pointing over the intervening years.

Perhaps our most frequent cleaning request nowadays is for the natural stone surfaces that have exploded in popularity over the last 5-10 years, whether Oak, Limestone, Granite, Marble, Slate or traditional Yorkstone Superior Pro Wash can fully clean and seal these surfaces.

By far and away the most popular request we get is to clean and seal the Indian stone installations that have taken the UK by storm over the last 5 years. The product is incredible in transforming any area with its broad range of colour variations and finishes, however it is not ideal for our climate as it is a very porous stone. The Product is a magnet for attracting moss and algae, particularly the black algae that seems to ingrain itself within the sub surface of the stone.

Superior Pro Wash recommends the application of a sealer soon after installation to protect the Indian stone and maintain that wonderful finish. We can apply either a neutral or colour enhancing finish to the surface that will protect the surface for up to 10 years.

We can undertake a full pressure clean on any patio or decking surface and offer a follow up repair and sealing service to any of these surfaces.

Decking Cleaning:

Popularised by so many TV programmes and gardening magazines, timber decking has been installed by the millions of square feet over the years. What the shows don't advise is that once installed it needs regular and ongoing maintenance to ensure it is kept in a safe and pristine condition. Using our rotary headed cleaner that alleviates the banding and striping that occurs through cleaning with just a lance we can bring about a dramatic change to your decked area. Pre-application of a fungicidal wash will ensure sub surface green growth spores are eradicated prior to a full clean. We advocate the application of Liberon, a top quality decking oil to keep the timber in great condition through the summer months it really does make a significant difference in both appearance and maximising longevity of the timber.
